Authorized Use and Restrictions

Use of this system or any applicable subsystem constitutes a consent to monitoring at all times.   All information and materials require explicit authorization for access and use is restricted . Any access or attempt to access for any reason areas of this system or other information therein that an individual or entity has not been expressly granted is strictly prohibited.

In using or access this system you agree not to copy, create derivative works, duplicate, display, distribute, download, upload, modify, publish, publicly perform, sell, resell, transmit, transfer, or exploit for any public or commercial purposes any portion of the "Content," which is defined throughout these conditions. You agree you are not authorized to use this site or Content in any manner, including, without limitation: (1) in violation of any applicable law, order, or regulation; (2) in a way that will infringe the copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights of others or violate the privacy, publicity, or other personal rights of others, or (3) that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, abusive, or hateful. In addition, you shall not breach the security of this site, including, without limitation: (a) accessing data not intended for you or that you are not authorized to access, (b) attempting to probe, scan, or test the security or vulnerability of the system or to breach security controls or authentication measures of this site and/or Content without proper authorization, and/or (c) using viruses, spamming, flooding, or any other action to interfere with service to any user, host, or network.

The authorized use of information and materials expressly excludes: indexing, redistribution, retransmission, publication, transfer or exploitation of the content, whole or in part, including uploading, downloading, copying or cataloging . In accessing and using this system you agree you will not use any robot, spider, other automated device, or attempt to manually process to capture, monitor, mine, or copy content contained herein in whole or in part. You agree that you will not use any device, software or routine to access or attempt to access information or materials for which you have not been granted authorization.

Upon any termination of the License Agreement or termination of your right to access any particular content pursuant to a License Agreement, unless otherwise specified in the License Agreement or except to the extent permitted under this Agreement, you must destroy, as applicable, all copies of materials obtained or all copies of the content for which access was terminated.
